JOB Description :

Graduation and/or Post Graduation
0-2 years of Experience in Telesales, BPOs, Customer Service process. Freshers can also apply.
Candidates looking for grooming in corporate environment.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and Internet would be given preference.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Ready to take challenges.
Willingness to learn and excel.

About the role:
Client Relations team of Jeevansathi.com sells paid memberships over phone to clients who are looking for matrimony alliances. The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & its benefits, service the client so as to derive maximum ROI for the client.

Job Purpose:

To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Counseling profile holders of the Jeevansathi.
  • Selling Membership over the phone
  • Updating all details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management.
  • Making outbound calls to achieve the assigned sales target.

Quality:

  • Effective Selling : Ratio of no. of sales calls to no. of conversions.
  • Up-selling : Upgrading existing clients to next range of products.
  • Profitable Selling : Availing low discount percentage.
  • Ethical Selling : Promising/describing exact deliverables of the product. 
  • M.Tech / M.C.A qualifications are not eligible for this role .
