Job Designation : Executive Trainee( Assistant Store Manager)
Job Description :
- Executive Trainee in a Reliance Fresh super market is expected to be working closely with Store incharge(Store Manager) of the entire activities of the outlet.
- He is responsible for all the stocks, safety and security, loss prevention, customer service, sales, operations, accounting, cash management, employee management, ensuring the operating standards as per standard operating procedure, customer grievance redressal, employee grievance redressal etc.
Qualification
- Candidate should possess graduation, which is mandatory requirement with 60% in atleast two of SSLC, PUC, Graduation, PG.
- Candidate should have good communication with a go getter attitude.
- Food Retail/ FMCG/ other Retail industry experience preferred. Freshers also welcome
- Male candidates & localities are preferred.
