Job Designation : Associates

Purpose: To carry out efficiently all the functions involved in processing of Certificates or Auto ID Cards and/or various sub processes.

Key Responsibilities involved in processing Certificates or Auto ID Cards and/or various sub processes:

• To meet the level of Productivity (100%) as per SLA targets.
• To always maintain set SLA Accuracy (QC 95% and QA 95%) standards.
• To always maintain set SLA TAT (RUSH 1.5 Hour and Routine 4 Hours).
• To develop excellent knowledge of various sub processes in BU.
• To develop excellent understanding and system knowledge of Intellicerts, EPIC and Cert Center Database.
• To deliver Data Entry, Cleanups, Pre Renewal and Special Projects within stipulated deadline.
