JOB SUMMARY :

The selected candidate will be a part of the Office Administration team and mainly responsible for handling daily administration including management of transport, cafeteria and facility. This role will also be involved in statutory liaisoning.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing repair and maintenance work assigned to technicians, vendors and contractors undertaking building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. 
  • Reviewing work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
  • Asset and Inventory management including maintenance of all office equipments and periodic preventive maintenance.
  • Managing AMC for office building and equipments. 
  • Identifying and managing Insurance requirements of company and their timely renewal.
  • Handling travel desk which will include travel arrangements, hotel arrangements, air tickets and ground transportation for employees.
  • Overall bills processing and cost control.
  • Identification and empanelment of vendors, supplier and other 3rd party contractors as required by the organization.
  • Adherence to Health and Safety standards, policies and procedures as per the company requirements which will include conducting fire drills in our offices, elevator maintenance etc.


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The position is open for male candidates only willing to work in night shifts.

Skills/ Expertise:

The candidate must have:
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills (writing letters, MOM, agreements, contracts etc.).
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws & other statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with vendors, external agencies, government bodies, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize ever changing workload.
  • High level of attention to detail.

Candidates able to communicate in Marathi will be preferred.

Work Experience:
At least 0 - 4 years of experience in handling all verticals in facilities such as housekeeping, maintenance, security, electrical, plumbing, transport etc.

Experience :  0 - 5 Years

Education:
Minimum requirement is a graduate degree.
HSC Candidates can apply if they have relevant years of experience.

Compensation:

CTC: INR 2.75 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs per annum.
