Job Description :
- Its a process for Google shopping where associates need to label the products according to the categories assigned.
- Client has 4 main operations and they are:
- 1. Product Labeling If a product is in sync with the category definition then it should be accepted or else it should be rejected.
- 2. Mediation Task In this process you get products on which people took contradicting decision or they were not sure, and you have to make judgment for the product and it would be finalized
- 3. Quality Review It is a process in which a team of two gets weekly data from the client and they need to check the accuracy and quality for the whole team.
- 4. Error Correction It is same as mediation task but you get the data from the quality dump.
Skills :
- Good analytical skills
- Good or basic (for regular labeling) communication and writing skills
- Good Internet Surfing and research skills
- Good observation and understanding.
Note : No hiring of candidates with work experience. So even if someone with a work experience of 2-3 months is being hired, it will be done as Fresher.
