Job Designation : Field / resident Computer Hardware Engr
Job Description :
- Identify the Hardware or any other Problem and trouble shooting.
- Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Trouble shoot various IT Hardware ( Desktop, Laptop, Printer & Peripherals)
- OS level Trouble Shooting and Admin.
- Resolution of user calls related to Desktop / Laptop (day to day problem fixing)
- To initiate escalation process if required to resolve the problem.
- Attending Customer Technical Calls & Resolve.
