- Providing customer service and support to travelers on Air, hotels, car hire, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
- Responding to customer service inquiries via chat and e- mail.
- Dealing with customers from the Asia Pacific countries and Middle east countries
- Upselling and crosselling travel related services
Skills :
- Candidate should be open to work in 24*7 environment.
- Excellent comm. skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
