- In seeking new business through forming new vendors .
- Looking after direct marketing segment with a team consisting of team leader and executives.
- Supervising all servicing related issues, customer care and operations.
- Execution of orders created for the customers.
- Maintaining all reports both manually and on the system.
- Preparing all reports of all branches under Guwahati office on daily basis and reporting to the manager of this region.
- Time to time holding meetings during the month end to motivate and inspire the executives through Resolving issues related to customer complains.
