Job Designation : Customer Service Specialist
Job Description :
- Customer Service through calls, chats & e-services
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identify, share and support operational improvements
Skills :
- Graduate in any discipline* (aggregate marks of >=50% with no gaps / failure throughout graduation)
- No B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA,MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work experience of 0-24 months (experience in voice process / customer service preferred)
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer operating skills (MS- Office applications)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification- Any Graduate(B.A /B.Com. /B.Sc./ BBA /BHM /BCA) are eligible.
- Note-:Technical Graduates are not eligible.( MCA /B.Sc(IT)/B.E /B.Tech / B.Ed).
- No Regular MBAs.
- Experience- Experience in Voice, Customer service or any calling experience.
- CS Specialist- 0 to 3 years (Freshers are eligible) .
- Job Location: Gurgaon
- Saturday Sunday Fixed weekly off
