JOB Description -
Project Quality Analyst (PQA) reviews first bill activity for completed projects to ensure billing accurately covers the project scope of work originally documented during Project Planning. As a component of the Project Management Office, the PQA also reviews and qualifies incoming project requests and engages resources, including Sales, as required to perform responses to requests for proposal and pricing. The PQA will manage resolution to incomplete and/or inaccurate project billing by interfacing with the Project Managers and their management staff.
Required Skills:-
- Fluent English is required
- Formal Project Management training/ experience
- Technical data product knowledge in Managed Router Service, MPLS, Frame Relay and ATM
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and Visi
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to offer alternatives that are customer-focused, strategic and profitable for AT&T.
- Ability to quickly learn applications and process, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a non-structured environment. Superior
- interpersonal skills required to work with other departments/subsidiaries and the
- client to develop timelines for project deliverables.
