Job Description :
- Any graduate with 0 - 3 years of experience into handling calls, email & chats (US clients)
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
- Comfortable in responding to emails, including option sharing & order status with the customer
- COD/NDR/CIR calling - If required
- MTO forms - If required
- Ability to take initiative and ownership
- Should be comfortable to work in a 24*7 environment with roster offs
