Job Description:
- Your friends would be required to access the back end system of the customers cable/data and telephony connections, followed by understanding the issues that the customer is currently facing in his cable/data/telephone connections.
- Looking at the tools they would then be challenged to analyze the trend of signals & equipment set up for the customer to identify the problem and then determine if the problem can be corrected remotely over phone by our Technical support team.
- They would be ideal for this role if you like analyzing trends, understanding data & joining the dots to solve a larger problem.
- Since this role will require them to access advanced tools, we would prefer people who have experience of working on computers & elementary knowledge of MS excel and word.
Job Requirements:
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Graduates (Fresher's and Experience both).
- Basic hardware knowledge.
- Basic internet knowledge.
- Basic MS Office Suite knowledge.
- Quality monitoring / International BPO experience.
