- Daily Activity.
Monitoring Shipments:
- Co-coordinating with lot of parties to obtain various information for shipments in transit (milestones) and update end customer through Life Track (Auto generated emails).
- Lot of communication involved with offices, Airlines, Clearing agents, handling agents, Trucking company etc. in attempt to obtain information required to ensure the cold chain and monitoring is secured.
- Communication is done over phone calls, emails, Internal system and Airline web.
- Handling cases when any shipment in transit is facing any type of issues, delays and escalating wherever necessary to resolve the issue.
Skills :
- Strong communication Skill
- Candidate is required to have clear speech, and good English,
- Ability to communicate and understand and can converse with international customers
- With average typing speed of 25 to 30 WPM
- Fast learner
- Customer-facing and interaction skills and confidence (excellent)
- Very fluent in writing and ability to understand and draft emails
- Flexibility Should be open to work in any shift. Process is 24/7, 365 days a year (Morning, Mid-shift, Afternoon, Night).
- Logistics Experience (If available).
