- Primary point of contact for resolving all paytm's marketplace seller queries
- Working on seller/merchant's queries.
- Ensure proper resolution of merchant queries in the most optimum way.
- Work towards setting up scalable systems (FAQ docs, ticket management software, audit, MIS)
Job Location : Noida

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate
Experience Required : Freshers
- 0-2 years in working in operations (preferably call center/customer service)
- Prior experience of working in processes in a BPO/Helpdesk/similar environment
