Job Description:
- Successfully identifying and recruiting candidates in a high volume recruiting environment.
- Coordinating the recruiting and selection process which would include sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Developing contacts/ database of candidates by different sources like Utilizing passive recruiting sources including internet resume searches, social networking sites, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Strong follow up with candidates to ensure maximum number of selections.
- Coordinating/ assisting for various Recruitment & selection procedures as and when it comes.
- Assisting the current team on maintaining Employee Database.
