Job Description :
- Handle complete Sales and Customer care for Indias largest airlines.
- Handle end to end airline operation - Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Rebooking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a strong orientation to detail
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills in conjunction with the ability to prioritize and handle special tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines on a regular basis in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively deal with customers.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
