- Handling Travel Agents queries.
- Reissue and revalidation of Ticket
- Issuing Fresh Ticket and Creating Reservation
- Technical Support to Travel agents.
Candidate Requirement :
- Undergrad/Grad with certification in IATA or travel & tourism.
- Working knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan etc.).
- Excellent spoken & written English communication.
- 0-5 year of experience. Rotational shifts
