Job Designation : Technical Support Trainee / Technical Support Engineer
Job Description :
- The production support engineer will handle the day-to-day operations of the application support activities for the commercial product.
- This person will work closely with business stakeholders, product engineering, implementation, QA and other production support teams
- The team is responsible in working on the production deliverables by following a pre-defined process
- The role needs to be able to support during off-work hours and the candidate should be flexible with the hours of support (off-work hours/weekend support)
- The role requires the ability to raise tickets to the other support groups in case of any deviations or issues in production while executing the predefined processes
- Should have good documentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Preferably Male aspirants
Primary skills :
- Good hands on in any production environment
- MS Office expertise
- Knowledge of SQL is a huge plus
- Good Communication skills
- Good Documentation skills
- Right attitude and passionate towards performing the support role

Salary : 1.23 LPA
Note : Service Agreement 2 Yrs (eligible for appraisal in the bond period also)
Educational Qualification : B.Com computers / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E / B.C.A / M.C.A 2013 or 2014 pass out
