Job Description :
- Day to day accounting
- Processing expense claims
- Bank Reconciliations
- Vendor reconciliation
- Preparing data for TDS, VAT and service tax.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Reassurance
- Monthly review of outstanding receivables/payables account balances, including confirmation/agreement of balances with counterparty and coordination for monthly settlement.
Skills :
- B.Com/ CA Inter/ CWA Inter with good knowledge of accounting
- Basic Email Writing skills
- Preferable Work Exp of minimum 1 year
- MS Excel
- Prior experience of 1 year as accounts executive
- Good working knowledge of ERP Navision preferred
- Good knowledge of MS excel and word
- Good oral and written English communication skills
