Job Description :
- Responsible for generating insurance business sales by selling to customers directly (B2C model), they need to go to big corporate/companies and sell retail products (Motor, Health and Home Insurance) to employees of these companies.
- Visit minimum 10 clients daily to pitch various retail Insurance products. (On - Field Sales)
- 2. Arrange a calendar of visits to potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments-
- 3. Responsible to drive and close new business sales of General Insurance Products
- 4. Should be able to develop strong rapport with the existing clients and potential customers
- 5. Generate Leads and talk to all the leads and convert them into potential Business.
- 6. Meet sales targets and budgets by Lead generation.
- 7. Close the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
- 8. As an insurance sales representative helps individuals to understand their insurance needs.
- 9. Explains their options to them and assists them in purchasing appropriate insurance policies.
- 10. Responsible for delivery of the Policy document.
- 11. Accurately record and update the customers details.
- 12. Co-ordination with Various Internal and External Stake holders.
