Job Description :
- Sourcing and shortlisting resumes basis business requirements, conducting HR interviews and scheduling technical interviews with hiring managers, offer negotiation, joining formalities and onboarding for Junior and middle level hiring
- Conducting walk-ins for junior level hiring
- Making the offer letter.
- Sending new joiners details to admin department for employee Id creation
- Coordinate with the staffing vendor for new joiners onboarding and payroll process for off pay roll employees
- Coordination with relationship manager for bank account opening for on roll employees
- Sending required data to background verification vendor for new joinees verification process
Desired Profile :
- Candidate should be graduate
- Should have 1-2 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment
- Good in sourcing, conducting telephonic interviews, offer negtiation, onboarding
- Good communication skills
- Self starter and should be flexible
Job Location : Mumbai
