- At least 1 yr as Quality auditor
- Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
- Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills is a must.
- Qualification Graduate/Post-Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor & audit calls/e-mails of the CSRs in order to ensure compliance with the process requirement & continuous improvement. Also conduct certification of new hire batches & dip-checks as & when require.

- CQ audits/day=30 audits/day
- Agent coverage for audits: Adherence 90%+
- Feedback coverage: 95%
- CSAT: >=70%
- Bottom Quartile management
