• Should be able to coordinate & schedule interviews with panels, follow-ups
• Managing, creating and updating candidate database on ATS
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery for candidate engagement
• Initial level of HR screening
• Ensuring joining and follow-ups.
• Maintaining daily Reports.
• Plan and execute recruitment drives

Other Qualification :

• Graduate with 0.6-1.6 years of experience in recruitment
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on experience in sourcing is an added advantage
