Job Description:
1. Proactive Job monitoring using multiple tools
2. Working in a mix of leveraged and dedicated environment with varied processes
3. Preparation and maintenance of Service Level reports
4. Performing restores within the defined SLAs
5. Liaising with multiple team for backup readiness
6. Communicating with multiple teams to ensure quick escalations and resolutions of issues
7. Attending and chairing DSRs.
8. Availability and flexibility for 24x7
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications :
1. Must be proficient enough to interact with stake holders.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Self-driven investigative skills (knows tools, knows how to use them when and how to create a certain result), high maturity level in self (time) management
