Job Description :
- Ensure updates and amendments to GCIS are effectively applied and implemented with adherence to Bank policy and best practice guidelines
- Proactively review the quality of the data on GCIS to ensure this remains current and robust, highlighting areas of concern for referral to Management Team
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as BarCorp Credit and Barclays Capital
- Proactively contribute to embedding change management initiatives in support of process & quality improvements and cost reductions.
- Support the delivery of service in line with agreed service levels.
- Support the Data Maintenance Team with the management of workflow.
- Ensure compliance with our cost centre management responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader in maintaining an effective Operational/Governance manual for the team
- Act as an experienced point of reference for technical and procedural queries for all stakeholders, providing training and presentations as appropriate
- Drive proactive application of Core Competencies both personally and throughout the team.
- Support the Team Leader in delivering effective performance development for individuals within the team.
- Risk and Control Objective: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards
Skills :
- Should have good communications skills.

- Educational Qualification :Should be M.Com /MBA Finance
- Should be comfortable with Noida location
