Job Description :
- Customer Service through calls, chats & e-services
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identify, share and support operational improvements
Education, Knowledge & Experience :
- Graduate in any discipline* (aggregate marks of >=50% with no gaps / failure throughout graduation)
- No B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA,MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work experience of 0 Years-4 Years (experience in voice process / customer service preferred)
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer operating skills (MS- Office applications)
- Shifts-24*5
