- Experience in handling customer queries
- Excellent communication skills for International voice process
- Open to work in evening shifts (5.30 PM- 2.30 AM IST)
- Knowledge in accounting terminologies is added advantage.
- Basic knowledge on the commercial terms of business like Invoice, Delivery Challan, Sales Order, Purchase Order, POD''s, Check payments,Credit Card payments etc.
Salary : INR 1,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A
