Job Description:
- Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources.
- Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues.
- Work closely with various teams for early issue closures.
- Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Certified or trained in Windows Server mgmt. with expert level knowledge on Windows Server & Networking basics.
- Any diploma/graduate.
- Prior experience of remote server management.
- Must be a good Team Player.
- Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Quality and Process Orientation.
- Proactively identify issues and escalate the complex issues to the respective teams.
- Quick Learner.
- Willingness to work predominantly North American shifts (8 to 9 months in a year night shift, remaining days will be U.K or Australian shift & no general shift).
